Re-powering

For over 10 years Detroit Diesel Corporation has been performing  "Powerevolution" world program in Russia. Within its bounds a technical support of S71, S92  two-cycle engines, as well as promotion and installation of new generation of more efficient electronically controlled diesel engines has been performing. Hundreds of S50, S60 engines have already been successfully operating in the North of Russia.
Today Detroit Diesel  Corporation continues the "Powerevolution" program in Russia.  DieselSupply LLC is deeply involved in this process. It has first-class equipped Service and Training Center, as well as highly-qualified mechanics factory certificated in accordance with international requirements.
DieselSupply LLC offers the whole complex of services, such as:

• technical examination and update report on the operating equipment;.
• replacement of two-cycles S71, S92 engines by four-cycles S60, S2000 engines
• Training of customer employees on MTU/DDC engines maintenance and service;
• Supply of technical documentation in Russian.
• Supply of special tools and accessories;
• Warranty support
• Spare parts supply either for emergency repairs or on stock

Since 2004 till today DieselSupply LLC has replaced S92 engines by S60 engines on 30 units of Cardwell KB-210B  and on 20 pumping  units on Kenworth KW - 500C chassis. Along with that our company replaced Caterpillar engines by DDC S60 engines on Kremko - K100D drilling rigs.
